Relationship between the ticket buyer and the Copenhagen Fashion Summit

In accordance with the “Act on Certain Consumer Contracts, § 17 sub-section 2 cf. § 9 sub-section 2 item 2a” the purchase of tickets is not subject to the right to withdraw according to the Danish Consumer Protection Act. Please read more about other goods and services in the following on this page.

Note

Tickets will generally only be refunded if the Copenhagen Fashion Summit is cancelled.

The Copenhagen Fashion Summit assumes no responsibility for the validity of tickets purchased elsewhere than at www.copenhagenfashionsummit.dk. Thus, ticket(s) should always be purchased from the Copenhagen Fashion Summit website. This guarantees both the validity of the ticket(s) and that the ticket(s) was sold at the correct price.

The Copenhagen Fashion Summit is in no way responsible for problems arising from illegal copying or resale of tickets.

Customers holding illegally copied or illegally resold tickets will not be allowed into the event.

Every ticket is personal and is not allowed to resell.

Contact information provided by the customer will only be used for billing and ticket purposes.

A Service fee of the payment amount will be assessed for all cards:

1,45% of the transaction amount for cards issued in Denmark.
2,25% of the transaction amount for cards issued elsewhere than Denmark.
