Amidst the significant challenges and uncertainty imposed by COVID-19, our team has revised the plan to deliver Copenhagen Fashion Summit this year. In its place, we are very excited to launch a new concept, CFS+, a highly engaging and entertaining content platform that will go live on 12-13 October.
Ticket Refund
Yes, you will receive a full refund for your ticket(s) which will be paid out automatically within 90 days. The repayment will be transferred to the card used when purchasing the ticket(s).
No, the refund will be transferred back automatically within 90 days to the card used when purchasing the ticket(s).
Most refunds will take the form of a new line item on your statement with a positive credit amount equal to the original charge. Some refunds, however, called “reversals” will result in the original charge simply being removed from the statement. In this case there is effectively no payment and no refund; it will be as if the original charge never happened.
As stipulated in the GFA ticket Terms & Conditions, the transaction fee of 2.9% will not be refunded as a resultof cancellation.

Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2021
Yes, we are planning for Copenhagen Fashion Summit to take place physically in Copenhagen in early Summer, 2021.
While we believe that a non-physical event can deliver a high-level programme and reach a broader audience, we are convinced that physical engagement and networking accelerates collaboration and action. Even so, we do expect that the 2021 event will also include many non-physical elements from CFS+.
