Elin Larsson, the Sustainability Director at Filippa K since 2011, started with studies at Jönköping University focusing on Sustainable Transition, the relationship between economic, political and environmental issues. Larsson has been working for Filippa K since 1996, to begin with as Sales coordinator, then Project leader, Sales Support manager, Logistic manager and Supply chain director.

Larsson has now been a part of the management team for Filippa K for eight years and worked a lot with developing and implementing overall strategies for the company. She also participated at the COP22 meeting (in Marrakesh), has continuous discussions with the Swedish parliament, was the keynote speaker at Circular Transition conference in London and is also a part of the steering comitte för STWI (Sweden Textile Water Initiative) and on the board for Mistra Future Fashion and happy to have accepted the award for best Conscious Fashion Brand from Elle.
